Training in VR #soft skills
The online world has created a common challenge for all organisations in current times - people, especially younger cohorts, have less experience navigating person to person interactions, and describe avoiding these interactions as a coping mechanism. In effect, this removes oppotunities to learn, which creates a very unfortunate 'Catch 22' circular problem.

In many sectors, there is a much greater focus on wellbeing than past years. Staff who feel uncomfortable at work are more likely to take stress leave, which is becoming a massive cost for business and government alike. Staff who do feel valued and supported in a mentally healthy workplace are more likely to stay with the company long term
Ideal interactions

VR can provide modelling of ideal interactions and people skills, effectively filling in the gaps in a person's knowledge and experience. 1st person AI-driven scenarios can also let a person practice new tools, without fear of shame or judgement by colleagues.
Conflict resolution

The most difficult type of interaction is where there are differences, conflict or tricky negotiation. VR can provide both modelled examples and test scenarios that a soft skills trainer / facilitator can use initially to build confidence, before progressing to real world scenarios.
