Training in VR
Virtual Reality offers the opportunity to demonstrate modeled behaviour - good and bad - to a training cohort, without the need for ad hoc simulation using potentially awkward role play from the participants.
VR can take the viewer onto the factory floor, behind the sales counter or into the boardroom meeting.
People skills

The ability to deal successfully with both differences between colleagues, and unhappy customers. VR can provide examples of tools and approaches
Customer Service

VR can help new staff understand both ideal customer rapport, and the tools required to turn around a negative customer to a satisfied one.
Leadership Training

VR can demonstrate modelled leadership behaviour, and provide complex challenge examples and scenarios that team role play would never be able to generate, with the same power and authenticity.
