Training in VR - Modelled
Scenarios
Traditional in-person soft skills training relies on a members of the training cohort to either imagine or pretend to 'act out' scenarios. As well as being inauthentic, this can be extremely awkward, especially for those who are naturally introverted, where the class size is small, or where there might be existing issues within the team. The quality and impact of any learning in this enviroment can be extremely variable, as a result.
Online flat screen visuals have little to no emotional investment due to the lack of immersion.
This is where 360 and 130 3D VR shines.
The Unseen Participant

Modelled behaviour in VR can show a variety of people, situations and scenarios - it transports and immerses the the participant in very believeable real world workplaces . Even as a third person 'fly on the wall' observer, this becomes very powerful learning experience.
AI extends this to support realistic first person experiences, though at a greater cost and complexity.
Emotional Recall

With skillfully produced VR, there is a remembered, impactfully memory created around this viewing. This occurs because the human brain selects to encode memories which created the strongest emotions at the time of the event. The stronger the emotional reaction to a scene, the higher the priority this memory becomes, and the more it is likely to influence future behaviour.
Models for Real World

VR allows us to safely experience scenarios that would either be challenging, dangerous or normally obscured from view. We can watch private conversations and learn in real time from both positive and negative examples presented. This gives the participant models to work from when navigating these situations in the real world.
